Policy Overview

At Extend Studio, our class sizes are limited to 8 people per class and can easily book out fast. Late cancellations or no show’s often can’t be filled on late notice meaning that members may miss out. At the same time we do understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances happen in which we can make exceptions to the rules deemed necessary. We reserve the right to cancel or change instructors/classes without notice if deemed necessary. (For example if there are only 1-2 people booked into a class or if the instructor is unable to attend). In this case we will try our best to notify you as soon as possible via app, email or phone and you will not lose your class credit.

Classes:

Clients are kindly requested to cancel their booked class via the app as soon as they become aware of their inability to attend. If a cancellation is made more than 8 hours before the class starts, your credit will be promptly returned. However, if the cancellation occurs within 8 hours of the class start time, this will result in a late cancellation and the class credit will be forfeited. If a client is booked into a class and forgets to cancel, this will result in a no-show. That client will lose their class credit and will be charged a $5 fee.

Clients on the Gold unlimited membership that late cancel will be charged a $5 fee, if they are booked into a class and do not attend they will incur a $10 fee. These policies ensure fairness for all attendees, as our classes have limited spots available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, in the case of emergency or extreme circumstances please email our admin team at admin@extendstudio.com.au and we can organise a credit.

Memberships:

Our ongoing memberships have a lock in period of 12 weeks and we encourage you to choose your plan thoughtfully. If you find yourself needing to cancel your membership during this time, a payout fee of $280 will be incurred. There is a cooling off period of 48 hours (2 days) from when you purchase your membership. If you wish to pause or cancel your membership please notify us in writing with 2 weeks notice via email to admin@extendstudio.com.au
